This Shipping & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website operated by Chiropure LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States using standard shipping carriers.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification once your order has been sent.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Carrier delays

Weather conditions

Holidays

Events outside our control

Once the order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may require:

Order number

Photos of damaged product or packaging

Confirmation of shipping address

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue when possible.

Replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion.


Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in original condition

The item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of bedding and personal-use products, items that have been used may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in original condition.


Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.

If you need an exchange, contact us with your order number and details.

Exchange approval is at our discretion.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
